The property receives daily, Amazon, UPS, USPS and FedEx services. FedEx also can even accommodate pick ups from this location. Should you have a FedEx account that you shipped from. Additionally, due to our distance from the mailbox on Highway seven, anything that does not fit in the mailbox is brought to our door by USPS.

There are many options on obtaining wood for the woodstove, the last couple of years we've opted for a local business called Skips Saw And Skid. They are located just a couple of miles down the road, and not only harvest the wood on our behalf, but also deliver it as needed. 

Included with the property is a two stage Arien's snowblower. The snowblower has a pole start, but we've always just plugged it in and use the electric start. It has never failed us once since owning this property. It is an incredible workhorse and will be included for the new owners, the oil has been changed yearly since purchased, and that is the only maintenance that has been required.

In addition, waste management services the property for weekly garbage pick ups on Thursday mornings. 3 miles down the road is also a transfer station where you can drop any recycling completely free of charge or utilize them before your garbage service get a rate of two dollars per 13 gallon kitchen size bag. If you own a pick up truck it is $40 per bed loaded with trash.

We have always used Johnson Sanitation for the pumping and servicing of our septic system. We generally have the system pumped yearly with the last pumping on November 19 of 2024. We highly recommend this business.

Obviously, there are many hardware options down in Longmont and Boulder. Closest to the property would be the hardware stores in Estes Park. Personally, we prefer park supply, however, for lumber or any building materials Estes Park lumber will deliver to the property for a fee of $15.

Located just a couple of miles down the road is the small town of Ferncliff. Abandoned for many years, it was all purchased and revitalized about three or four years ago. It is ideal as it includes the local food and fuel station so you can always get gas up here by the property. The little market is actually quite charming and has an assortment of items from fresh meat to produce to many shelved items. 

Located on the property are also a liquor store, a laundromat, a gym and a barbecue restaurant.
